Zaratsian Builders is owned and operated by Tony Zaratsian of Akron, Ohio. The company was founded in 1981 and has been building custom homes in Stark, Summit, Medina, Portage, and Wayne counties ever since.

For over 35 years, Zaratsian Builders has been providing innovative ideas, solutions, and custom built homes based around our customer's unique visions for their ideal home. Each and every home we build is uniquely designed and constructed. Tony has maintained a steady customer base as a result of working closely with each customer and building a collaborative relationship. The majority of his business comes from the friends and family of happy customers.
